This Programme has a specific focus on the fight against infringements, both criminal and against free competition, among other matters, ensuring the highest level of integrity in all its commercial practices.<\/p>\n<p>The company adheres to VINCI&#8217;s regulations, which establish the principles shared by all employees and business partners whose core values are defined in the following 5 reference documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Code of Ethics and Conduct, which sets out all the principles of business ethics to be applied in different circumstances and in all the countries where the company operates.<\/li>\n<li>It is used together with the Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct, which includes the rules concerning the prevention of all acts of corruption, in particular by identifying the risks in business processes and defining the conduct to be avoided.<\/li>\n<li>The Human Rights Guide, which summarises potential risks and their implications for companies, and defines a common set of guidelines on how to address human rights issues. These guidelines are based on the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the 8 fundamental conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.<\/li>\n<li>The Declaration on Essential and Fundamental Actions in the field of Occupational Health and Safety, which reflects the common will to achieve the &#8220;Zero Accidents&#8221; objective. The declaration is the result of constructive and regular social dialogue. Within the framework of a policy of continuous improvement, it affirms that progress can only be made with all employees through the promotion of a safety culture.<\/li>\n<li>The environmental guidelines, which provide a framework designed to minimise the risks and impacts of activities on the environment.
